MennoCon21 is going to be a unique gathering, July 6-10, in Cincinnati, Ohio. With COVID-19 still influencing large group gatherings, plans are being formed for a hybrid convention that will include in-person and virtual programming. Convention planning staff is working with the convention center and hotels to follow local and national guidelines for large group gatherings. At the same time staff realize that not everyone will be comfortable traveling or gathering in large groups.
The theme for MennoCon21 is #BringthePeace. Worship is going to focus on the many aspects of peace including Feel the Peace, Jesus is the Peace and Live the Peace. Seminars will explore topics around peace and justice, dismantling systemic racism, and poverty. Interactive exhibits will challenge participants to engage peace in unique ways.
