- Will there be an opportunity to host a special reception at Convention?
Yes! There is a separate application for special receptions. You can apply for this opportunity here. The application will allow you to estimate charges for the reservation and food, depending on your needs.
- Are there opportunities for ad placement within the program book?
No program books will be printed this year.
- Do we need to choose ad sizes for our daily newsletter ad included in the exhibitor fee?
You will receive specifications (specs) for your ad in the Spring. This will allow you to design your ad based on the requirements provided.
- Can non-MC USA organizations have digital screen ads during worship?
Digital screen ads are limited to official Mennonite Church USA agencies and organizations including: Executive Board, churchwide agencies/ministries, constituency groups, area conferences and their ministries as well as Mennonite Church USA schools, colleges, universities and seminaries.
- How do I register as an exhibitor without paying, as I have a complimentary registration?
Exhibitor registration will be handled directly by our team. We will assist you with the registration process to ensure you’re registered correctly once your application has been approved
- How much are the discounted registrations for additional booth staff?
The exhibitor package includes one complimentary registration per booth purchased. Additional staff registrations can be purchased at the Early Bird rate of $415.00.
- Is there a cap on the number of people who can register with the exhibitor discount?
There is no cap on the number of colleagues who can receive a discount if they are staffing the booth.
